Post a job with clear, structured fields and your own screening questions.
Applications with consent
People apply with a CV they built on Tabhar and agree to share a copy with you — for that job only. You view the copy inside the portal; it cannot be downloaded from there.
Your stages, your decisions
Move applicants through your hiring stages. A person on your team decides on every application: nothing rejects anyone automatically.
Messages inside the portal
Write to the people who applied without sharing a personal phone number, with safety rules against scams.
Reviewed companies, protected access
Our team reviews every company before it can hire, and everyone at your company who can open a CV signs in with two-step verification.
