Request deletion of my data

Who can use this page

Anyone can ask us to delete personal data about them — whether you have an account or not. For example, if you are named in a report about a job, or your details appear in a CV that someone shared with a link.

If you have an account

  • The fastest way is in your account: Account settings → Delete account deletes your account and every CV you have created, straight away. It cannot be undone.
  • Before you do, you can download your CVs (PDF or Word) and your cover letters.
  • You can also use the form below, for example if you can no longer sign in.

Send a request

Tell us how to reach you and what you would like us to delete. We may ask you to confirm that the data is about you before we delete it.

We reply here.

Optional.

Tell us what the data is and where you saw it (for example, a page address). Please do not include passwords or card numbers.

What happens next

  • We reply to the email address you give us, and we act on your request within 30 days.
  • We keep your request and our reply for up to 90 days, as we do with every message sent through our Contact page.
