Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tabhar at tabhar.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Service Description

Tabhar is an AI-powered career platform that takes users from CV to hired. It enables users to create professional CVs in English and Arabic, write cover letters, check their CVs against applicant tracking systems (ATS), share them through a link and practise for interviews. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying features.

Subscription Terms

  • The Free plan provides one CV, one cover letter, all 30 templates and PDF export at no charge.
  • The paid plans (Starter, Pro, and Elite) are monthly subscriptions that provide AI-powered features and advanced ATS analysis.
  • Paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Points System

Paid subscribers receive monthly AI points that power AI features. Points are non-refundable and non-transferable. Subscription points expire 30 days after they are granted; points bought in a top-up pack expire 365 days after purchase. Top-up packs are not on sale at present; if they are offered, they can be bought separately on a paid plan.

User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information in your CV.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Service, including your CV text and data. Tabhar owns all rights to the platform, templates, design elements, AI models, and underlying technology. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use our templates for personal CV creation.

Prohibited Uses

  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing accounts or access.
  • Automated scraping, data mining, or using bots to access the Service.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer the platform or AI features.
  • Uploading malicious content or attempting to compromise system security.

Digital business cards

  • Put on a card only information that is yours or that you are authorised to share, and do not impersonate any person or organisation.
  • The Free plan includes one card with the free designs and a small “Made with Tabhar” mark. Starter includes 3 cards, Pro 5 and Elite 10, with every design and no mark. Cards use no points.
  • If you move to a lower plan, your published cards keep working; cards above the new plan’s limit become read-only, and a memorable address stops working while the private link keeps working.
  • We may suspend a card that breaks these Terms — for example impersonation, spam or offensive content — after reviewing a report about it. You can contact us about any suspension.
  • Memorable addresses are given first come, first served and are never issued twice; we may withdraw an address that infringes a trademark or impersonates someone.
  • You are responsible for checking your print files before printing them; we do not cover printing costs.

Limitation of Liability

Tabhar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
