What this policy covers
This policy explains how to cancel a paid plan on tabhar.com — the Starter, Pro and Elite monthly subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service and sits beside our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which explains when a payment can be refunded. Where the two cover the same point, they say the same thing; where this policy and the Terms differ, the Terms govern.
How to cancel
- Open Account, then Points & Plan, and choose Cancel subscription. You can do it at any time.
- There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
- Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Your subscription renews one month after your most recent charge.
What happens after you cancel
- You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for. After that your account returns to the Free plan.
- Your account and the work you have saved stay as they are, and you can subscribe again at any time.
Cancelling is not a refund
Cancelling stops future charges. It does not reverse the charge for the period you are already in, and we do not refund part of a month: you keep everything you paid for until that period ends. If you were charged after your cancellation had already taken effect, that is a billing error, and we refund it — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Points packs
A Points pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
Deleting your account
If you delete your account, we cancel your subscription with our payment provider first, so that no further charge is taken, and only then delete the account.
