What we deliver
Tabhar is an online service used in a web browser, in Arabic and English. Nothing is shipped: everything you buy is delivered to your Tabhar account.
The Free plan
The Free plan is available as soon as your account is created, at no charge.
Paid plans
- A paid plan (Starter, Pro or Elite) is delivered to your account as soon as our payment provider confirms the payment — normally within a few minutes. From then on your account has the plan’s features and its monthly Points.
- Each monthly renewal is delivered the same way when the renewal payment is confirmed.
Points packs
If you buy a Points pack, its Points are added to your balance as soon as the payment completes.
How you know it has arrived
Our payment provider emails you a receipt, and your current plan and Points balance are shown on the Points & Plan page of your account.
If something has not arrived
If your plan or your Points have not appeared within an hour of a confirmed payment, email support@tabhar.com with your receipt, or use our Contact page with Billing as the subject. We typically reply within 24 hours and put it right.
Availability
Tabhar is available at tabhar.com in any modern browser. We work to keep it available at all times, but it may be briefly unavailable, for example during maintenance.
