What’s new and Tabhar news e-mails
How you hear about new features: the What’s new page, a note in your notifications bell, and — only if you ask for it — a short news e-mail.
The What’s new page
What’s new lists the features that reached Tabhar lately, newest first, each with the day it launched and a link to read more. Every entry has its own address, so you can share one.
When you are signed in, entries added since your last visit carry a “New since your last visit” mark. In the app, the What’s new link in the menu shows a dot when there is something you have not seen.
You can also follow the page in a feed reader: the RSS feed link is under the page title.
The notifications bell
Bigger features also get a line in your notifications bell. You get at most one What’s new notice a day: if more than one announcement goes out on the same day, they share that one notice.
Tabhar news e-mails
The news e-mail is only for our biggest new features, and it is off until you switch it on. You can switch it on with the box when you sign up, from the invitation on your dashboard (shown once), or in your account settings under e-mail preferences.
You get at most one news e-mail every two weeks, in the language your account uses.
Every news e-mail has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and your e-mail app may show its own Unsubscribe button. One press stops the news e-mails. You can switch them back on in your account settings at any time.
The e-mails carry no tracking pixel, so we do not know whether you opened one. We only count how many times the “Read more” button is pressed for each announcement, and that count is not linked to you.
