Your ATS score

An ATS is the system many employers use to read and sort CVs. Your score, out of 100, says how much of your CV such a system can read, understand and match. It is a check of the CV, not your chances of being hired.

Read it in one line

The page opens with your score and what it means in one sentence. The arithmetic, the score bands and the list of checks are under “How it’s calculated”.

What to fix next

Each card names what to fix in that area. The advice for each item is in “What to fix next”, ordered by how much it adds, with a button that opens the editor at that part of your CV. When you come back after a fix, the page says how far the score moved since your last check.

A piece of advice that costs no points is shown on its card as a tip, so a card with full marks never reads “to fix”.

Against a job posting

Paste a job posting to see which of its terms your CV already uses. Your CV keeps its own score; the job match is scored separately, so your CVs stay comparable. The same saved job is used when you tailor this CV.

Your score over time

Every check is kept. Once this CV has been checked on two different days, a line shows its score on the last check of each day. Until then the page shows no line; check again on another day after you edit your CV to start it.

The deep AI audit

The deep audit costs 6 points: an AI reads each section and gives advice — the most important fix first, then suggestions. It does not rewrite your CV; to have a section rewritten, use “Improve with AI” in the editor. You are asked before anything is charged.

“Improve with AI” in the editor

In the editor’s ATS check, “Improve with AI” rewrites your summary or your experience entries. Each suggestion opens as a card that shows your text and the new version side by side; your CV does not change until you press Apply, or Apply all for several cards. If you edit the text after the suggestion was made, the card says so and cannot be applied. If the AI has no usable change to suggest, no points are charged and you are told.
